- Your account is in good standing and has not violated our Terms and Conditions
1.2 Renewals
For subscription renewals (monthly or annual), refunds are available under the following conditions:
- Monthly renewals: Refund requests submitted within 7 days of the renewal charge may be eligible for a prorated refund for the unused portion of the month.
- Annual renewals: Refund requests submitted within 30 days of the annual renewal charge are eligible for a prorated refund for the unused months remaining in the subscription period.
1.3 Cancellations After the Guarantee Period

4. Refund Processing

- If approved, we will process the refund to your original payment method
- Refunds typically appear on your statement within 5-10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer

5. Account Access After Refund
Upon processing a refund:
