Is pricing the same across all platforms?
Yes. Every platform in our ecosystem uses the same pricing tiers. The features within each tier are tailored to the specific platform, but the pricing structure is consistent across all products.
Can I cancel at any time?
Absolutely. Monthly plans can be cancelled at any time with no penalty. Annual plans can be cancelled, and you'll retain access through the end of your billing period. We don't believe in trapping customers.
Is there a free trial?
Yes. Most platforms offer a 14-day free trial with no credit card required. You can explore the full feature set and decide if it's right for your business before committing to a plan.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover) and ACH bank transfers for annual plans. All payments are processed securely.
Do you offer discounts for nonprofits?
Yes. We offer a 30% discount for registered nonprofit organizations. Contact us with proof of your nonprofit status and we'll apply the discount to your account.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
Your data belongs to you. When you cancel, you can export all your data in standard formats. We retain your data for 90 days after cancellation in case you decide to return, then it is permanently deleted.
Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.
Is there a setup fee?
No. There are no setup fees, no onboarding fees, and no hidden charges. The price you see is the price you pay. The only exception is custom enterprise implementations, which are quoted separately.
